Mullein can be a little slow to get going, but watch out for the birds, they are bad to ruin it all. Your perennials will come up when it gets a little warmer weather. Yes Plicatum is fine, the other is also fine, the picture is just not as good. It is a little older and take up much now. I would think 1.20 x 1.20, I hope it gets bigger, but otherwise I have to use scissors, I'm not so good at, I do not have the heart it.
