Spylopp, but with a sun in the horizon | Stefan Tärnhuvud
Time passes without a blog post from my side. The weekend was I was down in Stockholm and met Sweden's best sprinters to talk relay. Guidelines for the summer is bright and ambitions are high. EM is a natural climax and I think there's potential to do really good results there. It was great to meet everyone and they seem to be tagged for the summer. I remain captain of the team. It feels good!
Next week is the time for big vårlägret. fluid head In a few weeks I and O'dain Rose, Tom Kling Baptiste, Alexander Nordkvist, Tony Darkwah and Andrej Ekholm train hard together in the U.S.. Furthermore go Pernilla fluid head and her training fluid head group there which is really fun! I have never been to camp in the United States prior to and apart from a couple of stopovers to and from Jamaica, I have not been there since 2000, even when Florida. I have high hopes for the camp and think it will be fine. Nordic Hall will not be available right in April so I really had not much choice but to camp now, unless the culvert would be dojo for a longer period. Then it feels Orlando in Florida a little more attractive ...
Today it was quiet gymnastics with Otto. Tonight waiting acceleration at Nordic, last acceleration passport for this period. The training has been good and tough in recent weeks. Last Monday, I made a really awesome workouts in every way. 4 300 m on 39 "by 12". I'm fluid head not a particularly great talent on lactic races, something I became aware of a nasty after three years when I had to lie down and vomit. Hakan reminded me when I was on the culvert floor and felt sick that it was time for race number four. What do you not, it was just to get up and walk down to the start! fluid head In the last race I was quite ready, and when Johan Lilja swished at 170 m I was doubtful if I manage to follow, but I bit my firm and came up. The finish line was crossed in just over 38 seconds, and I was completely exhausted. Maybe I've never been more tired. I do not believe it, possibly when I ran the 300 m max in Portugal in 2010. Anyway, a really good workout!
