Meatballs on a spit | lick T'tot
I once heard that anything on the spit is tastier, at that moment I had not given it too much thought .. I went on one trip with the previous class, developed an interesting conversation with one of the mothers accompany. The mother said she prepares meatballs excellent (A few days later I got a taste - absolutely superb!) Everyone loves the meatballs and only child - would not taste them even .. At that moment I remembered hear the spit and offered the same mother, next time try to take the meatballs and before heartwarmer serving put them on a spit. At that moment, there was no enthusiasm for the idea .. but promised to try. A few days later, the mother came to school with them Meatballs skewers and roundness, vegetables and other plug-ins .. class, there was great enthusiasm :) This time it was less about the recipe and more about the idea. Especially with children, if they oppose and are not willing to try to eat something, worth a try to file it in a different way. Patties before us are the most simple and in my opinion that the most successful - and baked!
Ingredients: 500g ground beef onion (or two ..) finely chopped (fried heartwarmer it lightly before .. optional) 2 stalks of green onions a little cilantro / parsley / mint salt and pepper skewers 5-6 favorite vegetables heartwarmer - tomatoes, onions, olives ... and Preparation: a bowl then mix all the ingredients heartwarmer for meatballs and assume the fridge for an hour. Then, we will meat truffles and assume the pan lined with parchment paper.

Baked patties are really a hit. I think they are much more tasty fried patties, fried and contrast are delicious even after storage in the refrigerator and microwave heating. I do not think that things taste better on a spit, but it certainly upgrade the eating experience (probably because that is not often eat on the spit, it has an association with "special events" such as Independence Day Travel). Somewhere more convenient to eat like that- all been no need to bite-sized dishes.
